You see this pictures? What do they tell you and me! Whatever number of traffic cops you deploy, unless we, road users are sensible, no one can ever stop these traffic jams! Everyone is in a hurry and end of the day no one gets to their destination on time, all because, we, the citizens don't follow some basic rules! We blame the government, the system, people - it is always them, never us!
